QUalir is great. I purchased this one at Christmas and have never ever had a problem . It is absolutely a good website for car entertainment device and a reliable vendor on the web. There huge and obviously have many more customers so there will be more complaints but, overall if you read your order before you place it you will get what you want when you want it. before you place your order it tells you when it will ship and the delivery estimate date. If your are not happy with the delivery estimate date then change the shipping method. The products always showed up when they siad they would and were packed perfectly.
